Lessons are booked individually and confirmed by us personally. A ticket is a request, not a confirmed booking.

Fees, payment dates and the cancellation window are agreed in writing before your first lesson. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.

We teach to the highest standard, but we cannot guarantee a particular exam score.

Lesson materials are for your personal use and may not be redistributed.
